Vision: To provide CODD Initiative Trainings that will substantially change the course and quality of life for journeyers. 

Purpose:  To design and deliver the essential building block courses that will enhance journeyers effectiveness in life, build confidence and esteem, and move them from  limited options to dream fulfillment.

Strategies:

  • Design the system of CODD learning along with time line and requirements...
  • Develop and publish course syllabus and power point  presentations for each offering along with  objectives and evaluations...
  • Conduct pilot sessions on each offering along with critical evaluations...
  • Identify, Contact, and Solicit Subject Matter Experts (SME's) to conduct the training's...
  • Gather resources, facilities, and annual schedule to conduct courses...
  • Establish three year budget to support all training needs (honorariums, syllabus, space, assessments/ inventories, food/refreshment, transportation, administration)...
  • Develop and initiate marketing and advertisement material for CODD publication/dissemination...   
  • Populate and maintain website information for consistent information for journeyers convenience...

The Orientation Retreat

    The Circle of Divine Destiny Orientation Retreat is a three day (24 training hours) Retreat where those who start the CODD Journey are baptized into the process and sign a covenant of commitment.  In the retreat the CODD faculty are introduced and the personal coaching process is initiated.  The purpose of the Retreat is to allow journeyers to bond with one another and faculty, understand the process, learn initial functioning skills, and write a vision statement for personal aspiration. 

    The three main building blocks addressed are self-discovery and gifts, how to be effective in the use of time and resources and finally develop and aim for the future expressed is a vision statement.  It is this vision statement that is the focus of the CODD Journey and their program is designed around it.     

   The Orientation is mandatory and participants are ask to make themselves available for the entire period.  CODD will help with funding child care and interact with caretakers to gain a commitment to the process from them.  Journeyers will not be able to participate in CODD without the completion of the Retreat.
